2. Submit copies of your listing
to Henry Homes ‘n more, inc, Agents for Buyers they are working with.
3. Tour your home with Henry Homes
‘n more, inc. agents. Each
Tuesday we tour “NEW” Listings.
4. Promote your home for maximum
exposure to other Agents in the area.
5. Develop a list of features and
benefits of your home, for the Buyer’s Agents to use when working with potential Buyers.
6. Suggest and advise you as to any
changes you might want to make in your property to make it more saleable.
7. Constantly update you on any
changes in the market; both prices and change in the interest rates and their
effects on the sale of your property.
8. Take photographs of your home
for use in the Multiple Listing Service, our Web Site, Realtor.com, Flyers and ads in the
Sioux City Journal and on Cable One’s Channel 6.
9. Add additional exposure through
a professional sign and “Just Listed” postcards to the neighborhood.
10. Hold Open Houses when possible.
11. Advertise consistently.
12. Pre-qualify when possible all
prospective Buyers.
13. Make you aware of all the
various methods of financing that your buyer may want to use.
14. Follow up on all the Agents
that have shown your home for their response.
15. Call other Realtors and market
your home to them.
16. Deliver a copy of your Multiple
Listing Data Sheet for your approval.
17. Represent you at the
presentation of all contracts by the Buyers Agents and help in negotiating the
best possible price and terms for you.
18. Handle follow up and keep you
informed, after the contact has been accepted, on all mortgage, title and other
closing procedures.
19. Notarize the signing of your
Warranty Deed, transfer statement, groundwater and other documents
included in the Deed Packet.
20. Deliver your proceeds check
after the closing.
